Vinyasa

In a Vinyasya class, you’ll move with intention from one pose (asana) to another. Flowing through a thoughtful sequence that progressively opens up the body. This practice cultivates strength, mobility, and awareness while connecting the mind, body, and breath.

A dream of a class. Christina gave clear instructions with thoughtful adjustments. At the end of class, I was assisted into a state of relaxation which ultimately led me to feel more energized than I felt when I walked in.

Restorative

A deep and gentle practice. Using the floor, wall, and support of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, and chairs), we organize the body in a way that calms your nervous system. This practice allows you to relax and restore your entire being.

 

 

1:1

Private yoga sessions are designed just for you. Whether you want to work on a specific pose or part of the body. The session can be more active (building heat), more restorative (spending more time on the ground), or a bit of both.

Private sessions are great for new students who might want to learn the basics, more advanced practitioners looking to deepen their practice, or for those who want to move and breathe in their own home.

Available in-person and online.

I love going to yoga classes, but I’ve always resigned myself to having a one-size-fits-all experience. I suffer from chronic back pain and have certain movement limitations, which over the years, I’ve just had to figure out how to navigate when it comes to yoga. Until I started working with Christina! During our 1:1 sessions, Christina took great care and time to understand my body in order to create a bespoke practice for me. She worked with me to come up with modifications to all the traditional poses that allowed me to benefit both physically and mentally.
